Exterior House Painting Project in Mount Martha

This Mount Martha home underwent a complete exterior repaint after several years without maintenance while the owners were living overseas.

The project included preparation and painting of all render, timber windows, doors and trims, along with extensive deck restoration. Due to the property’s coastal location, all decking was cleaned, stripped using Intergrain Ultra Prep and recoated with Intergrain Heavy Duty in Ebony to provide long-lasting protection against the sea air and weather conditions.
